One to One Coaching

If you need extra support, we offer a few personalized 1:1 coaching opportunities a year. We start your TRANSFORM program with an assessment of current lifestyle habits, then work together to map out your goals so that we can tailor an action plan specific to your needs and aspirations. You’ll get weekly check in consultations with our board certified lifestyle medicine practitioner throughout the 8 week program, which will enable you to stay on track with your lifestyle changes. We’ll put together a personalized food, exercise and stress management plan — tailored to suit your lifestyle and personal preferences. We know you have work obligations and a busy family life, so if the plan doesn’t fit into your life, you won’t be able to stick to it. Understanding your personal circumstances and challenges; and incorporating them into the plan is what really drives results.
